About the Author:
Shelby L. Stanton is a veteran of the Vietnam War and the author of thirteen books dealing with military affairs, units, and equipment, including the highly acclaimed Vietnam Order of Battle (republished by Stackpole Books in 2003; 0-8117-0071-2). He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and its law school. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
